| (December 2004-January 2005) Reviewed AAB's program on Adolescents Development (ADP) to (i) assess the impact of the programme on target adolescents in the working area, (ii) analyze the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of program interventions (iii) assess program flexibility and diversity, (iv) review Organizational Policy Shift, Behavior and Practices (gender sensitivity, Participatory mode in program planning and implementation), and Organizational commitment towards Rights Based Approach and (v) provide strategic direction for future programming. |
